He once holds the position as Managing Director at FELCRA Livestock and Agri Products Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary company of FELCRA Berhad. His major roles for the company is to spearhead the Halal Integrated Supply Chain from the sources to finish product as part in addressing National Halal Food Security agenda. In participating Malaysia as a leader for Global Halal Hub, he implemented an idea in setting up a FLAP Halal Centre in FELCRA Berhad. The main function is to consolidate, assist, facilitate and participate in the Development of Halal Industry which contribute. Formerly the Vice President at the Halal Industry Development Corporation (HDC), Special Project Division and Industry Development as he was responsible for the development and promotion of the halal industry in Malaysia and other countries.

For the past 35 years, he has a wide range of working experience in various Government-linked Companies and State Government Corporation from various sectors such as Halal industry development, project development, private-public sectors collaboration, marketing, sales and operations. Prof Dr Malik also has 27 years of management experience.

During his tenure with Halal Industry Development Corporation, he leads the ‘Special Task Force’ in preparing the comprehensive sales and marketing plan for Food and Beverages, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, Supply Chain and Traceability System for Global Halal Market. He also the committee members by working with JAKIM and Malaysia Standard to develop Malaysian Halal Food Standard and Practical Guidelines. Prof Dr Malik had presented the paper on Halal topics and programs at International Halal Conference in China, Philippines, Japan, Korea, Pakistan, Thailand, India and Cambodia.

He is qualified trainer under Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) and also being as part time lecture with local and foreign universities

Dato Hjh Rusnah has extensive experience as an entrepreneur since 1995 working as free lancer prior to start her own business in the year 2000. Puan Rusnah holds a Advance Diploma in Civil Engineering from UiTM. Before started her own business she was attached to the Developer of Bandar Sunway in 1995 specializing in Interior Design. Subsequently, she joined an Engineering Consultancy Firm as Site Coordinator also specializing in Interior Design before resigned in 1990 to start her own business in trading uniforms and others safety equipments, RHA Perkasa Sdn Bhd and recently opened security company known as RZ Force Sdn Bhd.

She also founded PFM Global Ventures (PFM) in September 2013. It is a company dedicated to servicing the unique needs of business and organizations in the halal industry. PFM portfolio includes consultancy services, technical advisory, training, competency development and knowledge management. Besides servicing industry establishments, PFM clients include government agencies and international organizations.

She was involve actively in the development of Halal Industry and founder of Halal kitchen in Xian,China,Japan, Korea and Saudi Arabia .PFM Global Ventures Sdn. Bhd. focusing on the halal industry training and development of halal hub. She attended the World Halal Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Ningxia China, Japan, Korea and other countries worldwide. She also has been attending a number of trainings and workshops under Halal Industry Development Corporation (HDC) Malaysia and JAKIM, Malaysia .

Dzulkifly was a lecturer at the Department of Food Technology, Faculty of Food Science and Technology, Universiti Putra Malaysia. He also held the position of Head, Laboratory of Halal Services at the Halal Products Research Institute, Universiti Putra Malaysia. He did his A-levels at Poole Technical College in Dorset, England (1974-1976) and received his Bachelor and Master degrees in Chemical Engineering and Food Engineering respectively from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom (1976-1983) and did his postgraduate research at the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom (1990-1994). He lectures on Food Processing & Preservation, Food Engineering, Halal and Haram in Food Processing, Food Process & Plant Design, Physical Properties of Food, Advanced Food Analysis and Philosophy of Halal Science. He is widely known speaker in Halal Science who has participated in various halal-related conference, seminars and forums.

He was a visiting scientist under the Commonwealth International Centre of Higher Learning (CICHE) Scholars Exchange Programme at the University of Birmingham, U.K. (1995) and scholar under the Cochran Fellowship Program on ‘Halal Cold Chain System’ under United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) at the University of Georgia, Griffin and University of California Davis (1996-1997).

He is also a certified trainer for the Halal Industry Development Corporation (HDC) for courses on Halal Awareness Program and Halal Professional Programme. He is a member of the Halal Technical Committee and Technical Committee for the proposed Malaysia Halal Institute of JAKIM in Enstek. At the same time, He was a developer for Diploma Program (Diploma Pengurusan Industri Halal) for Kolej UNITI Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. This programme has received accreditation for MQA, KPT in December 2012. Furthermore, Mr. Dzulkifly is also a developer for the programme ‘Diploma Pengurusan Halal dan Keselamatan Makanan’ for KFC International College. This programme has been submitted to the MQA for approval.

She was a Halal Auditor/Consultant (Malaysia Halal Certification for International applications @ Foreign clients for PFM Global Ventures. Formerly a Senior Manager Consultancy & Training (PERSIS Management Sdn Bhd) and Training Manager (Halal Industry Development Corporation (HDC))

She was directly involved in the development of Halal training modules and materials for Halal Professional and Halal Industries Program. The course also includes Introduction to Halal Food & Principles of Halal Food management and Diploma in food service (Halal Practice) for Ministry of Higher Education

She has a Technical Experiences for over 17 years of experiences which include 11 years in R&D of retort pouch food products and 4 years in training of Food Safety, HACCP and GMP. Her last position was Research & Development Manager in Dewina Food Industries Sdn Bhd. Research Activities includes Research and Development (R&D) of retort pouch products include, Meal-Ready-to-Eat (MRE) supply for military, Sauces & MRE for domestic market, Contract Manufacturing for Sainsburys Supermarket U.K. Design and commercialize 12 range of Thai ready to cook sauces and 10 range of Malaysia and Indonesia ready to cook sauces.

He was a Lecture, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Senior Research Fellow, Craun Research Sdn. Bhd., Sarawak and Lecturer of Universiti Kuala Lumpur MICET (Food Technology). Currently he is the Head of Food Technology, Universiti Kuala Lumpur MICET.

His experience includes committee to Technical Advisory for Food Act (Malaysia Health Ministry) and a Panel for Validation of Halal Logo for foods and services for Malaysia Halal Authority. He is certified consultant for Food Handling Courses and highly recognized by government agencies and industry players. He already involved in the industry for over 20 years and his worked consist of regulating, planning, and execute the Halal food policies in Malaysia.

Mr. Shafiq is a qualified trainer under Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) Formerly worked in Halal Industry Development Corporation (HDC), Mr. Syafik had served the company for more than 5 years. Equipped with transportation and logistics background, he has worked in various department in HDC including Industry Development Division, Special Project and Livestock Unit. One key area during his tenure was Halal Park Development. His main responsibility was to promote the development of Halal Park and attracting Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) as well as Direct Domestic Investment (DDI).

He also involved in capacity building training to Halal SMEs and act as secretariat for investment committee member for a recommendation of Halal Incentives. In promoting Halal as a new business opportunities he also played roles in promoting the Halalan Toyyiban Assurance Pipeline Standard (HTAPS) to the local logistics players.

Mr. Norazizul is a qualified trainer under Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF). He has been working in the Federal Government & State Agencies for more than 17 years in the areas of Halal Industry, Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Entrepreneurship Development Programme.

Currently working as a Senior Manager of Government Affairs in the FLAP Halal Centre, FELCRA Livestock & Agri Product (a Wholly-owned Subsidiary of FELCRA Berhad) and he was appointed as a Halal Executive in charge for International Halal Certification.

Formerly worked in the Halal Industry Development Corporation (HDC) in the International Business Linkages, Stakeholder Management, Entrepreneurship and Halal Parks Division. Actively involves in planning and implementing the programs for development of the Halal industry. In addition, he has been appointed as the Secretariat for the ASEAN Working Group on Halal Food Committee) and Indonesia Malaysia Thailand Growth Triangle (IMT-GT) representing Malaysia.

Due to his commitment and contribution, he was awarded the ‘Pingat Jasa Kebaktian Kedah” (PJK) from the King of Kedah in 2005. He was also appointed by the Penang State Government as a Member of the Entrepreneur Development Council for 2005-2006.

Looking into his vast experience and knowledge, he has been elected to present the various working papers related to the Halal Industry, SMEs and Entrepreneurship locally and internationally includes ASEAN countries, Japan, China, South Korea and etc.

With 6 years of experience, Ustaz . Mohd Jabal is an experienced personnel in Halal Training and Consultancy. His major roles is Helping Entrepreneurs for development of halal and Business Professionals Through workshops, seminars and clinics.

He is also involved in international programs including Japan, China, Vietnam, the Middle East and Others. Most of the client includes Small and medium enterprises, MNCs, hotels, manufacturers, universities and colleges, government agencies and others.

Some organizations who had trained under him includes F & N, Matrix Flavors, MISC Berhad, Central Sugar Refinery, Nestle, FFM, CCM, Felda, Malaysia Airlines, Air Asia, Giant, Aeon, Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya Marriot, KFCH College, Ministry of Higher Education, Polytechnic, UIA, UITM, UPM, Taylor University College and many more.

Ustaz . Mohd Amri Bin Abdullah is currently the of Head of the Monitoring Unit and Assistant Director of Monitoring and Enforcement Division, Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (Jakim) Halal Hub Division. Starting 11/01/2013, he was seconded to the QSR Brands Bhd (KFC) as Senior Manager, Compliance Department of Shariah and Halal for a year.

He obtained his Diploma in Islamic Studies (Syariah) from Sultan Zainal Abidin College (KUSZA) in Kuala Terengganu (1993-1995). He then continued his Bachelor of Islamic Studies (Da'wah and Leadership) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in Bangi, Selangor ( 1995-1998).

He has over 10 years experience in Halal Industry, He is a Shariah Auditor for Halal Certification for local and overseas market. He also the Head of Operations / Halal Certification Nationwide.

He was among the first officials to develop the Halal Monitoring and Enforcement Procedures in Malaysia. In addition, he was also fully involved in the development of Halal Certification Procedures, Standards Malaysia Halal, ISO Guide 65 and Halal Standards. In 2011, he was fully involved in the formulation and gazetting of the Trade Descriptions (Definition of Halal), and the Trade Descriptions (Certification and Marking of Halal) under the Trade Descriptions Act 2011.Among others, he holds position as Panel members in the Panel Council of Halal Verification of JAKIM and the Council of the Monitoring and Enforcement JAKIM. He is also a Panel to train new officers to be competent halal auditors.

He is a Course Lecturer in Halal Executive / Halal Modul in many local universities and also speaker / facilitator in Malaysia Halal Industry Development. He sometimes writes Halal related issues articles in newspapers and magazines. In 2007-2009, he was seconded to the Halal Industry Development Corporation (HDC). He also. speaks on Halal program on television and radio such as TV1, TV3, TV9, Bernama TV, TV Al-Hijrah, Radio 1, Hello FM, Radio 24 and Radio IKIM.
